Art Stanley asked:

Visualization is big word that describes a simple, yet powerful and effective technique for creating whatever you want. Before we get into specific visualization exercises you can do to get the most out of your sessions, let’s briefly explain the process.

When visualizing, the first thing you need to do is relax. Once you’ve reached a deep level of relaxation, you enable yourself to connect with the Universal Mind or Spirit. Don’t let that spook you — it’s an amazing process and once you experience this amazing feeling, you’ll want to revisit it again and again.

Once you’re in a deep state of relaxation (whether you’ve felt a connection or not) it’s a matter of monitoring your thoughts. The goal is to free your mind of the mental chatter of multiple thoughts, issues of the day and concerns. Once you’ve reached this blissful state, you simply imagine your goal or dream result. Get a picture in your mind’s eye of you in possession of the desired object or conditions. That’s what visualization is all about.

There are a few keys to making the process of visualization work for you. First and foremost, you’ve got to feel what it’s like to have the result you want. Feelings are a key component. Get a deep sense of what it will be like when your goal is manifested. Assume ownership of that goal. Make it yours. As Bob Proctor says, “name it and claim it.” What you’re doing at this point is creating the mold in spirit of what you will soon realize in the physical world. Repeat the process over and over again until what you want is yours.

When it comes to specific visualization exercises, step number one is to find a quiet, peaceful place where you can be alone for about 15 minutes or so. Natural settings are great, weather permitting, of course. A forest path, quiet stretch of beach, park bench, or even the bank of a stream have all proven to be excellent natural settings to engage in creative visualization.

Now here a few easy visualization exercises to quickly reach a state of relaxation. Simply repeat the word “relax” again and again, slowly, purposefully, feeling more relaxed with each occurrence. Deep breathing is another visualization exercise that will help you relax deeper and deeper. Another technique is to count down from one to ten. As you do so, imagine that you’re descending a staircase and each step down takes you to a deeper level of relaxation. Try it. It works like magic.

Once you’ve reached a peaceful, relaxed state of mind, you’ll still find a myriad of random thoughts entering your consciousness. These visualization exercises will help. Strive to offer no thoughts. As you notice your mind thinking about something, simply release the thought. Imagine yourself staring into space. Or imagine a giant white screen in front of you with nothing on it but blank space. Whenever you catch your mind thinking about something, simply return to the blank screen. When you offer no thoughts, you offer no resistance, so you vibration rises automatically.

Now take that blank screen and play a movie featuring you in possession of the goal you seek. Make it vibrant, exciting and alive, with you playing the starring role. This is another visualization exercise that works very well. Another similar approach is to imagine that you’re being honoured for your lifetime achievements. As part of the ceremony, there’s a PowerPoint presentation featuring numerous stills of you doing, having, and being all that you’ve imagined. Put yourself in that place and see yourself being congratulated by many people.

There’s no doubt that visualization is a powerful, creative tool. If you only take these easy visualization exercises and put them to work on a consistent basis, there is virtually nothing in the world that is beyond your reach. The only question is, will you?

7 Ways to Attract Wealth

   Posted by: admin

Tim Ryan asked:

Whilst there is certainly more to life than money, neglecting to pay attention to it’s importance will soon catch up with you. Some people say “Money isn’t important” ” I don’t care about money”

and such like, well I’m pretty sure your supermarket care about your money, your car dealer, your health care provider and so on. The point is, regardless of your current belief system; money is important, it provides both the necessities and luxuries to

anyone living in a civilized society.

I know for some people talking about money, pensions, how much they earn, investment opportunities and so on seems to be almost a taboo subject. These often stem from beliefs such as ‘money is the root of all evil’, ‘rich people are only rich because they cheated someone’ and so on. These are all very negative attitudes towards something that is essentially very positive.

Think of all the things money allows you to do: travel around the world, spend time with friends, drive new cars, follow the latest clothing fashions, look after your family and so on…

These are all very enjoyable things so why not allow yourself to focus on, think about and talk about money. Here are a few ways in which you can actively attract and bring more money into your life.

1) Give away money! Try to give away 10% of your income to causes that you feel an affinity with. Doing so produces the feeling now that there is already enough to giveaway and strengthens the belief that money is coming to you, thus through the ‘law of attraction’ will draw money back to you. In short:

“Be the source in the life of others of that which you’d like in your own life” - Neale Donald Walsche

Don’t giveaway reluctantly as this sends out the signal of ‘lack’ which of course will attract that very thing.

2) Align your intentions and beliefs. These sound similar but are very different. Your intentions are conscious and are what you choose to do in your mind, whereas your beliefs are unconscious and include the sorts of phrases such as “money is the root

of all evil” as mentioned before.

Bob Proctor suggests the following affirmations as excellent beliefs to adopt:

“Money is good”

“I am the master, money is the servant’

“I am prosperous”

“I am wealthy”

3) Find a role model to copy. There are many people who are successful in this world, make it your business to find out specifically about the people who have been successful in your chosen field of endeavor, then copy their thoughts and actions, that is a certain shortcut to success. Autobiographies are a great starting point.

4) Don’t feel bad about creating money. It is not bad to be rich. think of all the positive things you can do with it. Think of the people and causes that you can help when you have more money. In fact, adopt a cause and make it a goal to share your financial success with this cause. This enables you to feel positive and good about making money whilst also helping others, A win, win situation.

5) Surround yourself with positive and vibrant people. People tend to become like the people they associate with so take a look around at your associates now. Do you see any of their positive or negative beliefs reflected in you?

6) Be grateful and appreciative for what you have in your life. Make a time in your day to just be thankful for what you have now. This feeling of thankfulness is the feeling of having it now, doing this will in turn attract more of the things that you are thankful for to you, and give you a much brighter mood at the same time.

7) Act now! Very few people get rich by doing nothing. Take action. If you get and idea then act on it. Don’t sit around and wait for someone else to take your idea off of you and make money from it. Whatever you need to do, do it now, without a moments hesitation.

Following the above principles will inevitably lead you to an inner expectation of money, which will be self-fulfilling. Go ahead and decide to lead a prosperous life, it’s your choice.

Law of Attraction Made Easy

   Posted by: admin

Mohamad Latiff Bin Rahim asked:

How’s life with the law of attraction now? Ever since your first encounter with ‘The Secret’, how useful has the knowledge it provided been in manifesting the ideal life that you wanted so much? Not as smooth and fast as those guys have mentioned I presume, you will probably receive more feedbacks from watching your lawn grass grow than from the universe.

Well, the good news is, despite the controversy that surrounds it, the law of attraction is not a fraud and it is still working its magic right now. The bad news is, you’re probably not performing the creative process correctly, as 90% of believers out there are doing too. I’ll go into the creative process and how to refine it in a moment.

Personally, I am a supporter of the law of attraction. It is enlightening to see how people have become more focused and optimistic in their life when they start to believe and practise the law of attraction. That is why it is so important for everybody to discover and understand the secret to the ‘Secret’. Its effects of changing people’s lives are far-reaching and definitely worth supporting for. There are many people all over the world who are addressing the law of attraction and its issues, all in a bid to make it work for everybody.

Wouldn’t you like it if you can really have a genie that can grant you infinite wishes? Now, imagine one sitting right beside you (try thinking of a green and semi-naked Arabian with the classical bald head and a pony tail, it helps), showing you a catalogue of blank pages. One rule: all you have to do is i-m-a-g-i-n-e anything you want in vivid details on the pages, wish for it from deep within your heart and *poof*, you’ll have it right there on your lap.

One word though, if the image you conjured is fuzzy, poorly defined or contradicts with your innermost feelings, even the genie can’t help you with it. What do you expect him to give you? Cotton balls?

The actual law of attraction works the same way. There are three steps to it. They are known collectively as the creative process:

I)Ask

II)Believe

III)Receive

Ask: First, know exactly what it is you desire. The clearer you can see it in your head, the easier it is for you to get it. You will find creative visualization most helpful here. Most importantly, it must be sincere and from the bottom of your heart. Second, a-s-k the universe for exactly what you have just conjured in your mind. Describe every tiny details of what you want and you would have asked.

Believe: Believe that it’s already yours. Have a firm belief that it is coming your way. There is no need to question the logic of its mechanism; the law of attraction will always work. Act, speak and think as though you already have it in your possession. One useful way of doing so is to describe, using all your five senses plus emotions, your life when you are enjoying whatever you’ve asked. The law of attraction will shift the people, events and thoughts in the universe for you to receive it.

Receive: This is the most misunderstood step of all. Most critics believe that it only involve sitting in a sofa while your desires manifest themselves right beside you. Of course things will never work out if you expect stuffs to materialise literally from thin air. The actual way to r-e-c-e-i-v-e is to observe and feel what the universe is telling you and f-o-l-l-o-w the direction it points you at. It is definitely not waiting pointlessly for Christmas to come early.

What you want may manifest themselves as luck, inspirations, actions to be taken or literally, gifts from heaven. Sometimes, your presents will be delivered in a more subtle form. Have you seen how the classic Zen masters teach their disciples? It is through a string of words that makes absolutely no sense when interpreted objectively. The underlying meaning is subtle and depends on individual interpretations. Its value is purely subjective. Likewise, the universe doesn’t leave a map and a translator for you to find the exact spot and decipher its clues.

Nope, all you need is a sense of gratitude. When you fill your heart with gratitude, you will find yourself more appreciative of your surroundings, this helps in picking up and understanding what the universe wants you to do next; in addition, you will feel more light-hearted, which will attract even more gratitude and appreciation and in turn a keener eye for where your treasures lie.

I have my fair share of lucky draw prizes, profitable ideas for businesses, valuable contacts and many other ‘lucky’ moments after applying the creative process. I can enumerate all the other stuffs that I had manifested with the law of attraction.

All my successes with the law of attraction do not come at the first try. It took me some research and experiments to refine the techniques I used. People who have claimed failures with the law of attraction are usually weak in certain aspects, which I have identified, along with some solutions.

They are: poor visualization skills, emotional burdens, a lack of beliefs and a terrible lack of gratitude.

All the 4 problems can actually be rectified without the heavy arsenals of modern technology that requires you to sell the family car to afford it. You can check it out in the resource box below. In fact, it’s free, downloadable, printable and definitely visually pleasing. Best of all, you only need half an hour to finish the material and five minutes to practise the solution.

If you can recall back the creative process, a-s-k requires a clear image of what you want and it must not contradict with your innermost emotions. People who are weak in creative visualization or having emotional burdens may have problem here.

B-e-l-i-e-v-e requires a steadfast belief in the law of attraction and behaving as though your desires are already in possession. People who are weak in creative visualization and have trouble believing the law of attraction will face some hiccups here.

R-e-c-e-i-v-e requires a sense of gratitude, happiness and willingness to follow your heart. People who have troubles with gratitude, beliefs and relieving of emotional burdens will have problems here.

From many other people’s experiences, the biggest problem most people faced with the law of attraction is the battle of logics within themselves. One of the most common battles is to find the balance between wealth and greed. They worry that if their wealth increases, it also means others have lesser of it. This worry is a matter of perspective.

If they start to see the world in abundance, the universe will deliver abundance to them too. If they continue to see wealth as a big pail of water, of course they will express doubts when too many people are fighting to draw water from the pail. Abundance will come when they start to see wealth as the giant ocean. No matter how much you or anyone accumulates water, the ocean will still look as abundant as before.

Keith Callister asked:

br/>All around us there are people who are winning and people who are losing. When you drive down the street chances are that only 5% of the people you pass along the way are actually winning in the game of life, the other 95% are merely surviving, and some of them are not even doing that. I don’t believe there are winners and losers; I believe that there are people who are winning and people that are losing. Everybody on this planet has the capacity to win at the game of life, whatever their own personal definition of winning is.

Nobody is born losing, each one of us the moment we were born started down the path of being a winner, because we made it from single cell critter to human being, and that is a big deal. Through our formative years though society tends to beat the winner out of us, we are taught that it’s better to “go with the flow” or “stick to the status quo” and mostly we are taught “don’t rock the boat.”

It’s difficult then to change from being a “boat drifter” to being a “boat rocker.” And when you really think about it all the great personalities through history were “boat rockers” and not a one of them is remembered because they “went with the flow.” George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and many of the members of the first Continental Congress were “boat rockers.” Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King Jr. refused to “go with the flow” and subsequently changed the entire landscape of the history of the United States. When looking at history it becomes evident that if just one person had made on different decision all of history would be affected. John Adams was offered a position in King George’s regime but instead chose to attend the first Continental Congress and essentially became the voice for secession and independence, had he chosen the royal offer there would have been no continental army formed with George Washington at its head, because John Adams had the courage and wherewithal to put forth that as an option. How different would the history of the United States be if John Adams had made one different choice?

But again, it’s not the huge decisions that end up making the difference, all john Adams did was make a career choice, but that choice ultimately effected millions of people. And it’s choices like that that stem from smaller choices made on a daily basis. Here are a few easy little things you can do each day to move from being a person who is losing to a person who is winning!

1- Read at least 10 minutes in Good Positive Literature Daily

This is paramount, look online and find a list of the great books and read them, if you google “best personal development books” you will find at your fingertips a lifetime’s worth of books to study. My personal favorites are Think and Grow Rich! By Napoleon Hill, As A Man Thinketh by James Allen, The Power Of Intention by Wayne Dyer and The greatest Salesman In The World by Og Mandino

2- Listen to at least 15 minutes of Enriching Audio Programs Daily

I am a musician and I love to listen to music, but for me this has been a huge cornerstone to keeping my mind in a winning mindset, so for me Monday through Friday if I am in my car I am listening to an audio program, when I work out I am listening to an audio program. On the weekends I listen to music. There are literally thousands of great audio programs out there By Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn, Wayne Dyer, Bob Proctor, Anthony Robbins, and Denis Waitley to name a few. Take some time and listen to what the great teachers of personal development in our time have to share.

3- Do physical exercise for at least 20 minutes 3-4 times a week. Go for a walk, go for a run, do some yoga, or pilates, do anything just make sure you do something! We are leading increasingly sedentary lives, we need to do something to keep our bodies healthy and strong, and while we’re on the topic of health, maybe cut back on the cheeseburgers and fries.

These 3 simple ideas can mold and change your life for the better, if you don’t believe me give it a try for 30 days, essentially all I’m asking is that you devote 50 minutes each day to development of your mindset and your physical health, most people spend three times that amount of time daily just watching television, give up TV for a month and watch your life and attitudes change, and you’ll never go back, I promise.

Again success is a matter of doing the little things on a consistent basis, keep in mind these things and you can unlock the winning potential inside of you.

Lesley Chew asked:

I am sure all of us have heard from someone or have watched the movie “The Secret”. This movie has taken the world by storm and even Oprah has caught on this buzz and featured it in her show. In the movie, prominent self development gurus like Bob Proctor, Joe Vitale, Esther Hicks are featured. If you have not watched it yet, please do yourself a favor and find a copy to watch it.

So what is all the hype about? The Secret is about the Law of Attraction. This concept is not new. In fact, it has been around for some time starting from Charles Haanel’s Master Key System, Napolean Hill’s Think And Grow Rich and many more.

Law of Attraction states that whatever you think and focus on, you will attract into your life. Sounds simple? I am afraid not. It entails much more than that.

This involves much more than just thinking and focusing. There are many people who tried to use the Law of Attraction that complains that it does not work. Why? This is probably due to the fact that the Law of Attraction can work both ways, in a positive way or a negative way.

It begins with you, your mind and the ability of your mind to control your thoughts and emotions. You must first know and understand how you can control your thoughts. Once you can control your thoughts, you can effectively manage your emotions. For example, if you feel overwhelmed at times, instead of thinking about all the issues at hand, you can shift your thoughts to think if you can resolve all these issues, what are the benefits that it can bring you. However, when you just focus on the issues or problems, the Law of Attraction work too, by bringing more problems to you!

The point is to be able to see beyond the problem, stop thinking about the problem, think of it as an opportunity and focus on its solution instead.

The good news is that after reading this article, you are now aware of the Law of Attraction and how it works. You are one step ahead of the rest of the world!

So stop worrying and focusing on your lack or problems. So instead, channel your focus and thoughts on the what you need by visualizing an image of it. Know and believe that you have the power to change your life and make your life better!
